In Search of Lucinda

Driving through Berkeley listening to one of my favorite Lucinda tunes and wondering where in the heck she is and why she isn't here.
I stop to ask the musician standing next to me what he thinks about Townes and he asks me "What town?"
Maybe you can take the woman out of Texas, but can't Texas out of the woman.
Someone asked me what kind of music I liked and I had to answer "eclectic." Living in Austin I've learned to love so many new things and to really appreciate singer songwriters.
So, if you see Lucinda tell her for me that I think she'd like Berkeley, though maybe only for a visit.
